Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026
Welcome to Squadly. Squadlyis currently in pre-launch. By joining our waitlist or using any part of our service, you agree to these terms. We'll publish our complete, final Terms of Service before public launch — this page covers the essentials in the meantime.
1. The waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you give us your email so we can tell you when Squadlybecomes available in your area and share occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on any specific date.
2. Acceptable use
Squadly is built to help people meet up and play sports. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information about yourself, and not to harass, harm, or impersonate others. We may suspend access for behaviour that puts the community at risk.
3. Activities and safety
Squadly helps you discover and coordinate activities, but the activities themselves are organized and attended by independent users. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, safety, and conduct when meeting others or playing sports.
4. Changes
As we move toward launch, these terms will evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
